Revealing beauty through artistic intention.

Christina Bumann is a designer, photographer, and creative director based in San Diego, California. With a background in photography and exhibition design, her creative eye has remained her most valuable tool—refined through years of hands-on experience and formal studies in visual arts.

After establishing her photography business, Christina expanded into creative direction & interior design, collaborating with nonprofits, small businesses, and artists, working to bring their visions to life. Her design work spans residential and commercial environments, as well as community and nonprofit events.

Christina brings a keen eye to all projects, finds beauty in the details, draws upon the history of style, and aspires to create works of art within the nooks and crannies of each project. She listens intentionally to clients’ visions and works hard to bring them to life. She loves the process of creating art and finds great value in team collaboration.

She presently serves as a creative director for Abiding Practice, working on designing the nonprofit’s digital brand identity and helping host spaces for artists. Additionally, she serves as the Lead Designer for West Elm on Cedros, where she works on residential homes, creating furniture and spatial designs, and leads the design team.
